NPC Figure competitor Danielle Duffy didn’t let having a baby stop her from achieving her fitness goals. In fact, she did her first competition after having her son. She then coached herself through four more competitions, placing as high as fourth. But it hasn’t been easy. Danielle credits fitness with helping her through severe postpartum depression.

“Fitness truly saved my life!”

A Fitness Instructor focused on paying it forward, Danielle’s focus is on not only making fitness obtainable for all body types, but also making it fun. Says Danielle, “My clients and members are always my source of motivation. They inspire me daily and I'm so grateful for them.” Her mantra? Progress over perfection. Helping others realize the power of fitness is her goal going forward, with a focus on growing the following behind her branded total-body workouts. She says, “I try to lead by example and strive to be the best instructor, trainer, and mother I can be. If I do that I can't lose.”
