When will I receive my first issue?
STRONG Fitness Magazine is a bi-monthly magazine published in January, March, May, July, September and November of each year. Email us with your order #, at help@stronfitnessmag.com, and we can tell you which issue your subscription will begin with.
If you have moved and need to change your address, email us at help@strongfitnessmag.com with your name, old address and your new address and we will make the changes to your account.
To cancel your subscription, please email us at help@strongfitnessmag.com.

Post a photo of yourself in your “strong moment” on Facebook or Instagram and use the hashtag #mystrongmoment. Follow us on Instagram @StrongFitnessMag. Your photo could be selected to be featured on our Facebook wall or in the magazine on the #MyStrongMoment page! Participants selected for the page in the magazine will be contacted ahead of time by a member of the STRONG team.
