• 1 scoop Perfect Banana Cream Protein Powder

• ½ cup Frozen blueberries

• ½ Frozen banana

• A handful of spinach 

• 1 cup Water, or just a little less to make it thicker

1. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
