“I want women to feel empowered and confident to pick up weights and lift their way to a strong body and mind—because it’s always more than the physical,” says Jennifer King. With an emphasis on lifting for overall mental and physical health, Jennifer is driven to empower women by helping them realize their inner strength. A busy mom to two kids and a fitness and nutrition coach since she was 16, Jennifer fully understands juggling multiple aspects of life and how difficult it is to start a new training program as a caregiver.

“I want my daughters to feel empowered
through movement that they love.”

She says, “I want women and moms to understand how to properly train and nourish their bodies so they never have to diet or do endless hours of cardio. You don’t need to spend hours at the gym—you can see results at home by training just three or four times a week.” On what keeps her driven and focused, Jennifer says, “My daughters are my motivation. I want my girls to feel empowered through movement that they love. I never want them to feel like they can’t enjoy foods that they love. I want them to live a balanced life and learn to appreciate their body. I want them to feel how movement and exercise that they enjoy brings them not only physical strength but also mental strength.” In fact, her daughters’ body confidence and love for movement is her mission in life. Next for Jennifer? Another fitness photoshoot. She says, “I know how empowering a fitness photoshoot can be and think every woman should experience one!”
