The holidays aren’t synonymous with heaps of alcohol anymore. In fact, many health-conscious women are choosing to eschew booze altogether, or at least put boundaries on their consumption. This could be the result of endeavoring to avoid the dreaded next-day hangover, wanting to examine your current relationship with alcohol, or simply making healthier choices that’ll benefit your body. So whether you’re enjoying a glass at home or supplying your guests with options, the following alcohol-free recipes can make the perfect holiday addition for any festivity.
One Inch Punch

The rich complexity of DHOS Bittersweet is complemented by fresh pineapple and warm notes of cinnamon.
1 ½ oz DHOS Bittersweet
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
(see recipe below)
Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup boiling water
1 Tbsp cinnamon powder
Garnish: orange twist or cinnamon stick
- Combine all Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Simple Syrup ingredients and stir thoroughly. Keep chilled and store in fridge.
- Combine all mocktail ingredients into a tin or shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.

2 oz DHOS Gin Free
¾ oz Salted Cucumber Simple Syrup (see recipe)
¾ oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes DHOS Orange (optional)
Salted Cucumber Simple Syrup
1 cucumber, peeled
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
Garnish: Cucumber
1. To make the simple syrup, slice the peeled cucumber into coins and add to a blender along with sugar, water, and salt. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until sugar is completely combined. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Keep chilled and store in the fridge.
2. Combine all mocktail ingredients into a tin or shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe glass.

Stay warm and refueled this winter with DHOS Orange.
1 ½ oz DHOS Orange
½ oz honey
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz hot chai tea
2 dashes DHOS Bittersweet (optional)
Garnish: star anise, lemon peel
1. Combine cold ingredients in a mug and stir quickly to combine.
2. Pour cold ingredients into prepared chai tea.
Holiday Immunity Mocktail

This mocktail pulls double duty as a health booster featuring probiotics and immune-system loving ingredients.
5 g hibiscus
5 g rosehip
10 g dried orange slices
8 g lemongrass
2 So Good So You Immunity Shots
1 Tbsp agave
Garnish: Fresh orange or clementine
1. Cold-steep herbs for 6-12 hours by adding the herbs to 1½ cups cold water, then set in the fridge. Strain through fine-mesh strainer.
2. Stir agave into tea blend.
3. Pour tea blend over ice between two glasses.
4. Add 1 So Good So You Immunity shot to each glass.
5. Garnish with a fresh squeeze and slice of orange or clementine.
Honey on the East Side

2 oz Clever Non-Alcoholic Gin
¾ oz honey syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
6 cucumber slices
5 mint leaves
1. In a shaker tin, gently muddle the cucumber and mint, then add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
2. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with mint.
Clever Weekend

2 oz Clever Non-Alcoholic Gin
¼ oz lime juice
¼ oz guava nectar
Tonic water to top
Garnish: Mint
1. Shake all ingredients, except tonic, with ice.
2. Strain into a coupe glass and top with tonic.
Berry Clever

2 oz Clever Non-Alcoholic Gin
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz Earl Grey tea syrup
Top with Clever G&T and 3 blackberries
1. Muddle the blackberries in a shaker tin with the tea syrup, then add the lemon juice and Clever Non-Alcoholic Gin. Add ice and shake.
2. Strain over ice in a rocks glass, then top with Clever G&T. Garnish with a few blackberries on a cocktail pick.
