Growing up, Celeste struggled with self compassion. Making fitness a focus in her life helped her to build a stronger relationship with herself. A shift that led her to the competition stage, where she’s been stepping into the spotlight for the past six years to celebrate her wins and encourage other women to embrace fitness. Celeste believes fitness is essential for physical and mental well-being, especially when it comes to elevating your mood. Undoubtedly, committing to a healthy lifestyle is a catalyst that helps her grow in all aspects of her life. As our new “The Quickie” contributor this year, Celeste hopes her fast workouts help you find a way to fit in fitness—and fun—no matter how the day’s designed.
