Strength is not just a physical or mental attribute but a byproduct of embracing vulnerability. Over the years this has taken me a lot of intentional time to de-condition my self of old beliefs and constructs that were blocking me from my blessings. It is in the space of vulnerability where we gain so much valuable insights into our true selves, our resilience, and our ability to learn from experiences. This is where you develop true, unshakable inner confidence. Stepping out of our comfort zone, confronting our deepest triggers, and actively overcoming them leads us to true inner strength. It takes courage to take the first step, and it takes everything sometimes to lean into what feels truly scary.
